„It takes a village to raise a child“ is an African proverb that means that an entire community of people must interact with children to experience and grow in a safe and healthy environment.
For me a kindergarten is also a part of such „village“ in our social environment today, in which children, parents and teachers are everyday together. It is often a journey „between words“, especially for families from different culture.Active collaboration between all of participants in an intercultural context will help to build bridges and open up the new horizons, that will be useful for children, parents and educators too.

• Nurse, Social worker/ Social Educator (FH)
• Educator ,incl. social worker with Poland and the Czech Republic, as well as supporter for youth volunteer services in the national and European context
• Consulting, planning and following up of qualification courses, and lecturing in early education, kindergarten and curative education
• Preparation different training lessons in intercultural early childhood education courses for refugees and migrants
• Pedagogical practice as a linguist in a kindergarten within the framework of the federal model project „Sprachkitas – Weil Sprache der Schlüssel zur Welt ist“ ( Languages for kindergarten – language is the
  key to peace.)

• Music and language for all of kindergarten’s children and their families.
